Water Sampling Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of water sampling equipment for contractors, firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers and general order suppliers registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and FBR (NTN and GST). Bids shall be submitted electronically by uploading PDF files through the Punjab e-Procurement System using a single stage two envelope procedure. Bid security of Rs. 58,994 (2% of the estimated cost of Rs. 2,949,655.44) is required through the prescribed digital methods. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. Conditional bids shall not be accepted. Tender rates shall be quoted in figures and words. Bid validity is 120 days. Bid opening will take place at 01:30 PM. Water sampling equipment procurement includes field sampling instruments, testing accessories, monitoring equipment and related environmental water quality sampling supplies supporting laboratory and field inspection activities through electronic procurement.
