Miscellaneous Items Building Repair Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of miscellaneous items and repair services for residential and other buildings through open competitive electronic bidding. Registered firms, companies, suppliers and contractors having relevant tax registrations are eligible. Bids shall be submitted online as a single package containing technical and financial components under the single stage two envelope procedure. Technical samples or brochures are mandatory. Original bid security of 3% of the estimated cost shall be submitted in the prescribed banking instruments. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract value shall be required after award. Taxes shall be deducted as per rules. Bid opening will take place at 11:00 PM. Bid validity extends up to 30.06.2027. Procurement covers miscellaneous goods, repair works, maintenance services and residential building repair requirements using Punjab e-Procurement procedures for public sector maintenance contracts.
