Faq Wheat Supply Jail Consumption Tender Notice
Description
Supply of FAQ grade whole wheat free from dust and foreign matter on delivery at jail gate basis for the financial year 2026-2027. Estimated quantity is 50,000 kilograms. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Rule 38(2)(a) using the online electronic bidding process. Only bidders, contractors, flour mills, firms, companies, wholesalers and suppliers registered with EPADS and PPRA are eligible. Technical bids shall be submitted online and opened at 11:30 AM. Bidders shall submit the original CDR in the name of Superintendent Central Jail Faisalabad together with four sealed samples as specified in the bidding documents before the submission deadline. Incomplete documents shall result in technical disqualification. Laboratory testing charges and all related fees shall be borne by the successful bidder, and supplies must comply with the Punjab Pure Food standards. Blacklisted firms are not eligible. A performance guarantee equal to 2% of the contract value in the form of CDR shall be submitted after award. Rates shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, transportation, stamp duty and delivery at the jail gate. Wheat procurement includes FAQ wheat, food grain supply, flour mill products, cereal procurement, bulk food supply and institutional food commodity delivery for government prison requirements.
