Miscellaneous Supplies Repair Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement and repair of miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27 including hot and cold items - sports goods - tents and tarpaulins - ordinance stores - beds and boxes - meal charges - entertainment and gift items - computer hardware - software - information technology equipment - plant and machinery - furniture and fixtures - repair of furniture and machinery - lubricants - filters - batteries - tyres - transport repair - stationery - printing charges - computer stationery - and repair of office and residential buildings. Eligible firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Revenue Authority may participate. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and follow the Single Stage Two Envelope framework contract procedure. Bid security shall be 4% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Draft, while successful bidders shall furnish 5% performance security. Financial proposals shall be opened in the presence of responsive bidders. Bids shall be opened at 12:30 PM on the submission date.
