Purchase Of Furniture And Information Technology Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture and information technology equipment comprising Lot 1 for furniture with an estimated cost of PKR 9,777,000 and bid security of PKR 195,540 and Lot 2 for information technology equipment with an estimated cost of PKR 24,393,600 and bid security of PKR 487,872. Electronic bids are invited from reputable firms, manufacturers, suppliers, and authorized dealers or distributors registered with relevant tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Bidding documents containing specifications, eligibility criteria, and terms and conditions are available through the Punjab e-Procurement System, Punjab PPRA website, and the university website. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bidders shall upload all required documents including electronic bid security and affidavit, while original evidence of bid security and affidavit must be submitted at least 30 minutes before bid opening. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
