Legal Advisory Services Winding Up Matters Tender Notice
Description
The procurement covers hiring legal advisory and consultancy services for winding-up, liquidation, legal opinions, vetting and drafting of agreements and legal instruments, corporate and regulatory advisory, representation before judicial and quasi-judicial forums, litigation support, arbitration matters, and related legal services. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) through PPRA e-PADS/ERMS. Eligible and experienced law firms meeting the prescribed evaluation criteria may participate. Bid opening is scheduled at 11:30 AM. Bid validity shall remain 120 days.
