Improvement Rehabilitation Municipal Office Building Tender Notice
Description
The procurement covers improvement and rehabilitation of the Municipal Committee office building through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement shall be conducted using the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure. Contractors registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System, FBR, PRA and PPRA holding PEC Category C-06 and above are eligible to participate. Electronic bid security of PKR 298,800 is mandatory against the estimated cost of PKR 9,960,000. Bid validity shall remain 120 days. Bid submission closes on 2026-08-10 at 01:00 PM and bids will be opened at 01:30 PM.
