Construction Desert Style Mud Houses Tender Notice
Description
The procurement covers design, manufacture and installation of up to 100 Cholistan and Thar desert style mud houses (Goopas) at various tourist sites under a framework contract. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab Electronic Procurement System using the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure. Bid security of PKR 50,000 is required while the successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee of PKR 1,000,000. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-30 at 11:30 AM. Bid submission closes on 2026-08-06 at 11:00 AM and bids will be opened at 11:30 AM.
