Supply Medals Certificates Laptops Tender Notice
Description
The procurement covers supply of gold, silver and bronze medals, certificate paper, certificate folders and laptops for overall position holders of SSC and HSSC examinations. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Electronic bid security of PKR 81,925 representing 5% of the estimated cost is required. Bid submission closes on 2026-08-05 at 01:30 PM and bids will be opened at 02:00 PM. Performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount shall be furnished by the successful bidder. Pro Tip: This procurement includes medals, educational awards, certificates, stationery, laptop computers, academic recognition materials, office supplies and educational equipment.
