Description
The procurement covers e-auction of the Cafe 24/7 canteen, cafeteria and tuck shop located on the ground and first floors with a total covered area of 13,494 square feet for a lease period of one year. Registration closes on 2026-08-15, eligibility status will be uploaded on 2026-08-22, grievances may be submitted until 2026-09-05, grievance redressal is scheduled for 2026-09-19 and the auction will be held on 2026-09-26 from 11:30 AM to 03:00 PM through the Punjab e-Auction Portal. The reserve price is PKR 8,100,000 excluding taxes. Earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price in the form of Bank Draft, CDR or Pay Order is required.
