Description
The procurement covers e-auction of hospital parking areas for motorcycles and cars for a lease period of one year. Registration closes on 2026-08-15, eligibility status will be uploaded on 2026-08-22, grievances may be submitted until 2026-09-05, grievance redressal is scheduled for 2026-09-19 and the auction will be held on 2026-09-26 from 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM through the Punjab e-Auction Portal. The reserve price is PKR 9,600,000 excluding taxes. Earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR is required. Pro Tip: This procurement includes parking management, vehicle parking operations, commercial parking lease, parking concession, traffic management, vehicle access control and parking facility administration.
