Outsourcing Healthcare Support Staff Services Tender Notice
Description
The procurement covers outsourcing services for Medical Officers, Junior Technicians (X-ray), Junior Technician/Dispenser, Lab Technicians, Assistant Operation Theatre staff, Dispensers, Aya, Naib Qasid, Ward Servants, Mali and Sanitary Workers under a framework contract. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bid submission closes on 2026-08-10 at 11:00 AM and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM. Electronic bid security of PKR 480,000 representing 5% of the estimated cost is required. Eligible firms shall possess valid SECP registration, Home Department NOC, active tax registrations, professional tax registration and relevant outsourcing experience.
