Hospital Procurement Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
The procurement covers multiple framework contracts including drugs, medicines, medical devices, orthopedic implants, laparoscopic items, outsourced laundry services, outsourced janitorial services, outsourced security services, annual maintenance of air conditioners, chillers, ventilators, dialysis machines, procurement and installation of CCTV surveillance systems with control room, and annual maintenance contracts for associated medical equipment. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately. Bid submission closes at 11:00 AM and bids will be opened at 11:30 AM.
