Auction Toll Tax Collection Rights Tender Notice
Description
The procurement covers auction of toll tax collection rights at Mailsi Syphon Cum Barrage for the period from 2026-08-11 to 2027-06-30. Sealed bids shall be submitted by 12:00 PM and opened at 12:30 PM through the prescribed bidding process. Earnest money in the shape of CDR equal to 5% of the approved reserve price of PKR 2,858,439 is required. Tender documents may be obtained up to 2026-08-07. The successful bidder shall provide a bank guarantee equal to 10% of the total bid amount, deposit the bid amount in twelve advance installments, pay 10% income tax and other applicable taxes, and comply with all terms and conditions. Conditional bids shall not be entertained. A pre-approved toll schedule shall apply.
