Medical Gases Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the supply of medical gases for the financial year 2026-2027 on free delivery to the consignee's end. Eligible firms and agencies registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and the Punjab e-Procurement System may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Separate technical and financial proposals are required, and financial proposals should be submitted separately for each lot. Bidders must quote the complete quantity for each lot, and partial quantity bids will be rejected. Original bid security of 2% in favour of the Medical Superintendent is mandatory in the prescribed form. Technical bids will be opened on the same day after bid submission in the presence of bidders' representatives.
