Municipal Services Framework Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework contracts for exhibitions, cultural fairs, celebrations, national and religious events, branding, machinery hire, supply of different items, plantation under Green Punjab initiative, fixing manhole frames, provision of manhole covers, office building repairs, water supply repairs, desilting, drainage repair and maintenance, repair of liquid machinery and equipment and repair of disposal station machinery and equipment. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Manual bids will not be accepted. Original CDR must be submitted before bid opening. Earnest money ranging from PKR 175,000 to PKR 500,000 is required according to the respective framework contract. Bids will be opened on the same day after submission. Pro Tip: This procurement includes municipal maintenance, drainage works, water supply maintenance, plantation, machinery services, public infrastructure repair and civic event management.
