Kidney Urology Consumables Procurement Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Re-tender for procurement of kidney and urology consumables under a framework contract. Eligible original manufacturers, local or foreign manufacturers, sole distributors of local manufacturers and authorized distributors of foreign principals registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. E-bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of 2% of the estimated amount against the quoted items is required in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order and shall also be submitted electronically as prescribed by Punjab e-Procurement. Delivery terms are DDP. Bid validity is 180 days. Bids will be opened 30 minutes after submission. Pro Tip: This procurement includes kidney consumables, urology consumables, renal care products, dialysis consumables, surgical consumables and hospital medical supplies for specialized healthcare services.
