Provision Of Security Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of security services for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement will be conducted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2024 using Open Competitive Bidding with Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible firms must be registered with PPRA, Punjab e-Procurement System, Income Tax, Provincial Sales Tax, possess NTN and a valid NOC from the Home Department Government of the Punjab. Security guards must be registered with the local police and obtain Special Branch security clearance while authorized license holders may carry approved weapons. Bid security of 2% amounting to PKR 24,000 is required through 1Link or online bank transfer against generated PSID and successful bidder shall provide a 5% performance guarantee. Technical and financial requirements shall comply with the bidding documents. Bids will be opened 30 minutes after submission.
