Procurement Maintenance Services Framework Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Procurement covers framework contracts and annual maintenance contracts including drugs and medicines - medical devices - orthopedic implants - laparoscopic items - outsourced laundry services for washing linen with material - outsourced janitorial services - outsourced security services - repair and maintenance of air conditioners and chillers - ventilators including Newport E360 - Henen Lowenstein Elisa - Mindray SV300 parts - Neumovent Graphnet ventilators - one time repair with annual maintenance of B Braun Dialog dialysis machines - procurement installation and commissioning of CCTV surveillance system with control room and associated accessories. Separate e-bids are required for each lot through e-Procurement. The bidding procedure is Single Stage - Two Envelopes. Technical and financial bids shall be evaluated in accordance with the bidding documents and only technically responsive bidders will qualify. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee with 100% encashment warranty, with a copy attached to the technical e-bid and the original submitted before technical bid opening. Bid opening will take place 30 minutes after the respective bid closing time.
