Independence Day Celebration Arrangements Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for arrangements relating to Independence Day celebrations on 14 August 2026. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab E-PADS using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors registered on Punjab E-PADS may participate. Bid security of PKR 150,000 in the form of CDR or Pay Order issued by the Bank of Punjab is required through Punjab E-PADS. Performance security and all procurement conditions shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Local Government Works Rules 2017. Bids will be opened 30 minutes after submission. Pro Tip: This procurement covers event management services, ceremonial arrangements, celebration materials, public event logistics and related organizational services.
