Miscellaneous Supplies Maintenance Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for procurement of office stationery, computer stationery, miscellaneous store items, repair of police vehicles including tyres, tubes, batteries, spare parts and filters, repair of residential and other buildings, repair of machinery and equipment, office furniture, software, printing articles and uniforms with protective clothing for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax Departments and the Punjab e-Procurement System may participate. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost is required through PSID in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque. Performance guarantee of 5% shall be furnished by the successful bidder. Bids will be opened 30 minutes after submission.
