Goods Maintenance Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Sealed tenders are invited from government registered firms, suppliers and contractors for procurement and supply of miscellaneous items including soap, tissue, bed sheets, linen, blankets, towels and other items, stationery and printing materials, uniforms, repair of government vehicles, supply and repair of machinery and equipment including air conditioners and refrigerators, and supply and repair of furniture and fixtures for the financial year 2026-2027. Separate tenders are required for each category. Call deposits are Rs.150,000, Rs.50,000, Rs.50,000, Rs.150,000, Rs.100,000 and Rs.50,000 respectively. Eligible bidders must be GST and NTN registered, possess relevant experience, bank statements and non-blacklisting certificates. Demand draft or pay order shall be submitted as earnest money. Goods and services shall be supplied throughout the financial year at quoted rates.
