Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department for supply of Enriched Yb-176 (>99.5%), peristaltic pump drives and heads, ducted fume hoods, miscellaneous chemicals, hard plastic buckets for Tc-99m generator body and sintered discs for glass columns on FOR Islamabad basis. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Tender fee of Rs.2,000 per tender and earnest money equal to 2% of the total order value inclusive of GST are required. Tender validity shall remain sixty days. Payment shall be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of stores.
