Traffic Operations Supplies Services Framework Contracts Tender Notice

Description

Framework contracts are invited for the purchase and procurement of coal and ice blocks, POL and lubricants, stationery, computer stationery, printing materials, miscellaneous store items including electronic, electrical, sanitary, cleaning and dietary articles, road safety equipment, IT equipment, repair of machinery, furniture and transport, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, physical assets and store items, minor repair and renovation of police buildings, and meal, wire and stationery items. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) through the Punjab e-Procurement system. Eligible firms must have previous experience and be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. Estimated package values are 2.775 Million, 5.87 Million, 3.55 Million, 10.16 Million, 6.6 Million, 1.1 Million, 8 Million and 0.7 Million respectively. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan, with the financial instrument submitted both electronically and as a hard copy. Contractors shall sign the attendance register before submission. Bids must be submitted through the e-Procurement system and will be opened at 11:00 a.m. on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. Rates shall remain valid until 30.06.2027. Successful bidders shall provide samples before supply orders, supply items within seven days of issuance of the supply order, furnish a performance certificate on Rs.500 stamp paper declaring that the firm is not blacklisted or involved in criminal proceedings, and deposit a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total contract value.
