Furniture It Machinery Equipment Supply Tender Notice
Description
Punjab Ring Roads Authority invites lot-wise electronic bids for the supply of furniture and fixtures, IT equipment, and machinery equipment. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Estimated costs are PKR 15,500,000 for furniture and fixtures, PKR 8,800,000 for IT equipment and PKR 4,700,000 for machinery equipment. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each lot is required in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System and opened on the same day. Successful bidders shall comply with all Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Pro Tip: This procurement includes office furniture, fixtures, computer hardware, information technology equipment, industrial machinery, institutional equipment and office infrastructure supplies.
