Punjab Ring Road Authority invites separate electronic bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for hiring law firms for Lahore Ring Road, Sialkot Ring Road and Rawalpindi Ring Road projects. Separate bids are required for each lot. Estimated costs are PKR 4.9 million, PKR 3 million and PKR 3 million with corresponding bid securities of PKR 98,000, PKR 60,000 and PKR 60,000. Selection shall be made using the Quality Cost Based Selection method. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically with original bid security and affidavit.
