Enhance institutional housing infrastructure by constructing 12 residential flats Cat-IV Cat-V including allied civil works at a 132KV grid station complex under national competitive bidding single-stage e-procurement. Scope covers complete building works structural finishing utilities site development and related infrastructure complying PEC C4 CE-10 specialization standards. Estimated BOQ cost PKR 68.505 million with required average annual turnover PKR 34.25 million and bid security 5 percent of BOQ value. Contractor must demonstrate similar project experience audited financial capacity active tax status and cash equivalent resources.
