Procurement Installation Tourist Sign Boards Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and installation of sign boards at various touristic sites in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through National Competitive Bidding. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules. Eligible firms, manufacturers and service providers shall submit bids electronically through EPADS. Bid security shall be 2% of the quoted amount in the form of Call Deposit Receipt for each package. Original Call Deposit Receipt shall be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Bidding documents may be downloaded from EPADS, KPPRA and KPCTA websites or obtained in hard copy upon payment of Rs.1000. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 31/07/2026 at 11:00 AM. An affidavit attested by a Notary Public confirming the correctness of submitted information is mandatory. Pro Tip: This procurement includes tourism signage, directional sign boards, wayfinding systems, destination information boards, outdoor signage, installation services and tourism infrastructure enhancement.
