Beautification Sanitation Water Channel Construction Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction and beautification works including uplifting and beautification activities at UC Komila, Bariyar, Sazeen, Goshali, Harban and LG Colony Komila together with construction of water channels, drains and sanitation works at Khan to Jamra, Muslim Kot, Thapar, Jhamra Lohi and Jalkot Village. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible PEC registered and enlisted contractors shall submit technical and financial proposals through EPADS and hard copy. Earnest money shall be 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened later. Bid validity shall remain 90 days. Pro Tip: The works include civil construction, drainage, sanitation infrastructure, water channel development, beautification, municipal improvement, public infrastructure and rural development works executed through engineering construction contracts.
