Annual Maintenance Flood Protection Irrigation Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of annual maintenance and operation of canal and bund works including repair to flood protection infrastructure, diversion and channelization in rivers, nullahs and khwars, and annual maintenance and rehabilitation of Nipki Khel Irrigation Scheme during financial year 2026-27. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS using a single stage single envelope procedure on Above/Below System based on BOQ and Engineer's Estimate. Eligible bidders must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration for Financial Year 2026-27 in the required category and specialization codes, active KPRA registration and active FBR NTN registration. The bid shall include signed BOQ, CNIC, valid PEC licence, enlistment, KPRA registration, FBR status, scanned bid security documents and rate analysis where applicable. Original Call Deposit Receipt and additional bid security, if applicable, must be submitted in a sealed envelope before bid closing. Earnest money shall be 2% of the estimated cost. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 22/07/2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the closing date. Bid validity shall remain 120 days.
