Agricultural Fertilizers Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply agricultural fertilizers including Calcium Ammonium Nitrate (CAN), Nitrophos (NP), Di-ammonium Phosphate (DAP) and Ammonium Sulfate. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities and active taxpayers may participate. Bids shall be accompanied by refundable bid security equal to 1% of the estimated cost. Sealed bids shall be submitted before the closing time and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bidders shall submit final inclusive prices with applicable taxes, along with NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. Contract shall be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder for the complete lot.
