Flood Protection Bund Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construct a flood protection bund along Deg Nullah on the left side from Lehri Post to upstream Kingra Bridge under the Punjab Irrigation Department. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure on an item-rate basis. Eligible engineering firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council under CE-04 and Punjab PPRA shall participate. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost shall be uploaded electronically along with the financial bid and the original Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt together with required registration documents shall be submitted before the bid opening. Successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount and execute the agreement within the prescribed period.
