Supply Sangfor Support Smart Classroom Solution Tender Notice
Description
Provide and supply Sangfor HCI support renewal and provide, supply and install a smart classroom solution. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure through SPPRA EPADS. Tender fees are PKR 5,000 for Sangfor support renewal and PKR 2,000 for the smart classroom solution. Bid security shall be two percent of the bid value in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft. Bids shall be uploaded through SPPRA EPADS and original bid security with the signed bid shall be delivered before bid opening. A mandatory site visit for the smart classroom solution will be held on 27 July 2026 at 10:00 AM at the IBA Main Campus. Bids will be opened on 07 August 2026 at 03:30 PM. Pro Tip: The procurement includes hyperconverged infrastructure support, IT maintenance, smart classroom systems, educational technology, digital learning equipment and installation services.
