Description
Procurement of bed mattresses, mattress protector covers, pillow covers, blankets, bed sheets, towels, prayer mats, curtains, carpets and miscellaneous office and hostel items. Eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors and suppliers registered with the relevant tax authorities and the Punjab electronic procurement system may participate. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall be accompanied by electronic bid security equal to 5% of the estimated value and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled. Successful bidders shall furnish performance security equal to 10% of the contract value.
