Construction Blacktopped Road Tender Notice
Description
Construction of a blacktopped road from Abadi Shazar Khan to Landiwal Village in Tehsil Lakki, District Lakki Marwat. Estimated cost is PKR 140.000 million with bid security of PKR 2,800,000. Eligible contractors and firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and enlisted with the C&W Department under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Centralized Enlistment Policy for Financial Year 2026-27 may participate. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS and where required technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately in sealed envelopes. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened after technical evaluation. Online clarification facility is available before the specified date. Bid security shall be in the form of Call Deposit Receipt and bids shall remain valid for 180 days.
