Framework Contract Police Operational Supplies Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of stationery - computer stationery - printing items - computer hardware - miscellaneous and electrical items - cleanliness items - exhibition and fair items - food items for law and order and special duties - ordinance store items - horse feeding and medicines - tyres and tubes - batteries - spare parts - denting and painting services - motorcycle and dolphin motorbike repairs - lubricants and mobil oil - and repair and renovation of government offices, residential buildings, police lines and police stations for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible experienced firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and active taxpayers may participate. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the single stage two envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted separately. Bid security shall be 3% of the estimated cost through PSID. Samples shall be provided on demand. Successful bidders shall furnish a 5% performance guarantee and supply items within seven days of the supply order.
