Framework Contract Police Supplies Equipment Services Tender Notice

Framework contracts on a lot-wise basis for procurement of miscellaneous items - sports items - Muharram food and related items - beds and boxes - tents and pauls - road safety items - crime scene investigation items - ordinance store items - software - hardware - furniture - machinery repair - furniture repair - transport and lubricant items - plant and machinery - IT equipment - hot and cold appliances - printing material - stationery and computer stationery for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers and authorized agents registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities may participate. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Technical samples where applicable are mandatory. Bid security shall be 3% of the estimated cost for each lot in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order submitted before the submission deadline. Bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bid validity shall remain until 30-06-2027.
