Framework Contract Stationery Printing It Accessories Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of stationery - paper - printing material - IT accessories and other miscellaneous items for one year. Eligible bidders registered with Income Tax, General Sales Tax, Provincial Sales Tax and the Punjab e-Procurement System may participate. Bids shall be submitted electronically by uploading PDF files using the single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Bid security shall be 2% of the estimated price. Bids shall be received at 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM on the same day. Tender documents are available free of cost under PPRA rules. Pro Tip: The procurement covers office stationery, paper products, printing materials, computer accessories, IT peripherals, office consumables and institutional supply items under an annual framework contract.
