Framework Contract Stationery Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of stationery through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible bidders registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments shall submit electronic technical and financial bids using the single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Bid security shall be 2% of the estimated cost. Bid validity shall be 180 days. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Pro Tip: The procurement covers office stationery, paper supplies, writing materials, administrative consumables, educational stationery and institutional office supplies under a framework contracting arrangement.
