Open Framework Agreements Maintenance Office Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification applications are invited for establishment of open framework agreements valid for three years for the Principal Seat at Islamabad and Bench Registries at Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta. Categories include IT equipment repair and maintenance - plant, machinery and electrical equipment repair and maintenance - furniture and fixtures repair, maintenance and fabrication - civil, electrical and general repair and maintenance works - official vehicle repair and maintenance - and common use office items and store requirements. Firms may apply for one or more categories and each category shall be evaluated independently. Firms having an established office at a Bench Registry location shall receive additional evaluation marks. Prequalification documents are available free of cost online or may be obtained in hard copy upon payment of Rs. 1,000. Every application shall be accompanied by earnest money of Rs. 50,000 in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft or Call Deposit Receipt valid for the entire three-year framework agreement period. Applications not accompanied by valid earnest money shall be treated as non-responsive. Applications shall be submitted in sealed form and opened publicly as specified in the Procurement Data Sheet. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all applications under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and a Grievance Redressal Committee has been notified.
