Procurement Of Critical Hvac Spares For Quetta Airport Tender Notice
Description
Procure critical spare parts for the HVAC system installed at Quetta International Airport. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possess valid NTN and GST registration certificates, and appear on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Federal e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), while the original bid security of PKR 80,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft in favour of the PAA Disbursement Account shall be submitted in a sealed envelope before the bid submission deadline. Technical brochures and specification sheets for the offered items are mandatory and supplied items must conform to the submitted technical literature. The successful contractor shall perform the contract satisfactorily throughout the one-year contract and warranty period. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the applicable procurement rules.
