Procurement Of Purified Fmd Vaccine Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Purified FMD Vaccine for the financial year 2026-2027 under the relevant development scheme. Electronic bids are invited from pre-qualified FMD vaccine suppliers registered with the relevant authorities, Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, holding a Professional Tax Certificate for FY 2026-2027 and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising separate technical and financial bids. The estimated procurement amount is Rs. 1,726.404 million. All electronic bids shall be accompanied by a scanned bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order, while the original bid security instrument must be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. In case of an official holiday, the next working day shall be treated as the closing date. The lowest evaluated bidder shall be determined on the quoted rate of the FMD vaccine. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended.
