Information Technology Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Information Technology equipment through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Electronic bids are invited from well reputed bidders, firms and companies registered with FBR and SRB. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and the contract shall be awarded to the Most Advantageous Bid. Tender documents are available from the date of publication. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 in the form of Pay Order is mandatory and the application along with the tender fee and required documents shall be submitted as specified in the bidding documents and uploaded on EPADS. Bid security of 5% in the form of Demand Draft is mandatory. Eligible bidders must possess valid FBR and SRB registration, a minimum of three years' experience in the relevant field and the required turnover as specified in the bidding documents. Electronic bids shall be submitted only through EPADS and manual bids shall not be accepted. Bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day.
