Environment Climate Awareness Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of services through three separate lots including development and deployment of augmented reality applications for environment and climate awareness - organization of TED Talks and Model United Nations sessions on environment and climate awareness - province-wide street theatre campaign on environment and climate awareness. Joint ventures and consortiums are not permitted. The estimated costs are Rs. 40,000,000 for Lot 1, Rs. 30,000,000 for Lot 2 and Rs. 40,000,000 for Lot 3 with bid securities of Rs. 800,000, Rs. 600,000 and Rs. 800,000 respectively, representing 2% of the estimated cost. Bid validity shall remain 120 days. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System on or before the closing date and accompanied by all required documents. Bid security shall be submitted through the digital banking facility of the Punjab E-Procurement System by generating a PSID and uploading proof with the technical bid. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Incomplete, conditional or bids without the prescribed bid security shall be rejected.
