Call Centre Response Centre Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of firms under framework contracts for provision of Call Response Centre Services for the Rural Ambulance Service Program and Call Centre Services for Maryam Nawaz Health Clinic and Maryam Nawaz Hospital. Procurement shall be conducted through an open competitive bidding process using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System only, while evidence of the prescribed bid security in favor of the Program Director, Project Implementation Unit for Maryam Nawaz Health Clinic, Health & Population Department, must also be submitted physically to the Procurement Cell in the form specified in the bidding documents. The amount of bid security is specified in the bidding documents. All procurement activities including bid receipt, opening, evaluation and award shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule 35.
