Procurement of replacement and installation of lifts in the Emergency and Gynae Block comprising two bed lifts with 1600 kg capacity and one passenger lift with 1000 kg capacity through the Punjab E-Procurement System using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Electronic technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately. Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 2,675,000 shall be submitted through CDR, bank draft or cashier cheque. Eligible bidders must possess valid PEC registration in the relevant category and specialization code ME03 and be authorized dealers or distributors of the specified international lift manufacturers or equivalent manufacturers with original dealership certificates duly authenticated. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the opening date while financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened after publication of the technical evaluation.
