Description
Procurement of goods and services on a rate contract basis for the financial year 2026-2027 through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The procurement includes Abkalani materials, furniture supply and repair, electrical materials, computer systems, machinery and equipment, utility items, general items, uniforms, POL and other essential goods. Separate technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically. Earnest money of Rs. 1,265,000 and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 are required. Technical proposals will be opened first while financial proposals of technically responsive bidders will be opened later. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and SRB, be active taxpayers, possess the required financial capacity and experience, and submit all supporting documents including affidavits.
