Purchase General Store Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of general store items on FOR basis through a framework contract for the year 2026-2027 using the Punjab E-Procurement System under a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. The procurement includes stationery, laundry items, linen, medical and surgical items, furniture and fixtures, printing items, miscellaneous general store items and related supplies as specified in the bidding documents. Bid security shall be 2% of the total estimated cost of quoted items and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical financial instruments shall not be accepted. Bids shall remain valid for 180 days and must be submitted electronically. Technical and financial proposals will be opened online at 11:30 AM on the opening date. Eligible bidders include firms, importers, manufacturers, wholesale dealers and general order suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.
