Canteen Operation Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of canteen operation and management services for the year 2026-2027 through a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. The successful contractor shall operate and manage the university canteen. Bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals. Bid security of Rs. 375,000 representing 5% of the estimated contract value of Rs. 7,500,000 shall be provided through CDR or bank draft. Technical proposals will be opened at 12:30 PM while financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Eligible bidders include firms, franchise operators, food chains, restaurants and food service companies having at least three years of verifiable institutional food service experience, active FBR registration, sales tax registration where applicable and an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted.
