National Celebrations Goods Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of purchase items and hiring services required for 14th August National Celebration during the financial year 2026-27. Electronic bids are invited through EPADS from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, joint ventures and general order suppliers using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bids shall be submitted electronically by 02:00 PM and opened at 03:00 PM on the same day. Bid security shall be furnished in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Quantities are tentative and call-off orders will be placed as required during the framework contract period. Bidders must not be blacklisted and shall possess all valid registrations and certifications required by law. Pro Tip: This procurement includes event supplies, event rental services, national celebration materials, ceremonial equipment, public event logistics, temporary installations and municipal event management services.
